My recommendation would be to begin with “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl before reading in order to understand more of his primary assumptions. Thinking I had picked up the storied, heralded “Man’s Search for Meaning”, I was mesmerized by Frankl’s easy way with discussing abstract psychological concepts, and applying them to concrete situations.

Frankl’s theory really resonated with me at a time when I was struggling to find meaning in my life and i recommend it to anyone who is struggling with something similar. There’s only one way to find out but I’m moving on to other authors for now I much prefer his train of thought that we choose to find meaning in the struggles and pain of our lives, rather than framing them with pesencia labels of sublimation and rationalization.
